emotion meter

if I were to make adjustments
to the way our brains work
it would be to set up an emotion  meter
which reads and announces emotions constantly,
and preferrably in advance
like a subtitle line in a film...
every second of our existence
...emotions are in us and working
anxiety fear happiness anger and even quiet contentment
they are designed to advise us
but if we are oblivious to their power
we are at their mercy
better to see them as constant inevitable friends
rather than have them run rampant as and when
rampant emotion ends as
drug abuse
criminality
 insanity
or a combination of these

an emotion meter might help reduce this
